TRANSPORT PROBLEMS,WARRANTIES ,EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

THE FOLLOWING IS VERY IMPORTANT WHEN WISHING TO MAKE A CLAIM RELATING TO A DELIVERED PRODUCT.

 

WHEN RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS

It is necessary to count  all the packages noted on the transport delivery note before signing it. Also, you have to check the state of the package to see if there are  breakages or defects. You must note any incidents  on the delivery note. If everything is correct, you can sign it, writing the sentence CONTENT NOT VERIFIED and keep a copy.

You have 24 hours to claim for any incidents due to the transport. After this time, the transport company does not accept responsibility of  any damages caused during the shipment and we will not be able to make the corresponding refund / replacement.

If you  have received any products damaged by the transport, you must contact us immediately, sending the details of the purchase invoice and the delivery note or sending a photograph of them ( by email or whatsapp).Please send a photograph of the package and the damaged article.

Save the purchase invoice which you will find in an adhesive envelope on the outside of the package. You will be able to use  the invoice to make any claims after.

 

WARRANTY

All products have a legal guarantee of two years from the date of purchase. However, if the defect is detected after six months, the customer may be required to prove that such defect already existed when the item was purchased. For this, the client will be able to use technical reports ……

If you have a problem with an article, please contact us by telephoning (93 795 67 99/634 543 373) or by  email, sending us the purchase invoice, a photograph of the article and noting the defect of the product. We will not accept shipments of products which have not been authorized to return.

The manufacturer or the wholesaler will decide if the product is in warranty. In that case, we will change it for a new one or repair it depending on the date of purchase and the type of product .TOT CAMPING CANET will try to ensure this process is as short as possible,
Depending on the type of product and the customer address, the client must send it to either the technical service of the brand,the manufacturer ,the wholesaler or to our company.
The transport costs for the return of the product during the warranty period are payed by the customer. Once the manufacturer or wholeseller authorizes the warranty, the cost of shipping the repaired  or replaced product  is covered by us.

The warranty of the product does not  cover:

 

- inadecuate, inappropriate, erroneous or non-conforming uses of the products.
- faults of the accessories (power cables ...)
- repairs of possible defects by technical services not recognized by totcampingcanet.
- problems caused by external forces.

In any case, TOT CAMPING CANET will not accept liability if the manufacturer refuses to apply such warranties.

 

REFUNDS

If you are unsatisfied with your product, you have 7 days, from the delivery date to return the product with transport costs payed by the customer. We ask you to return the product with its original packaging, including user manuals, the guaranties, accessories, cables….

Made-to-measure products can not be refunded.You must send us the invoice and wait until we authorize the return. Once we have authorized the return, the customer is responsible for paying the transport costs. We do not make refunds without previous authorization or without transport costs being payed by the customer.

If you would prefer to use our transport company to make the return, we will discount   the transport cost from the refund. We would recommend returning small orders by post or registered post or by a transport company.Call us regarding this option.The customer is ultimately responsible for the refunds.

After receiving and verifing the merchandise, we will make the payment by card or by bank transfer (according to the payment method used in the purchase).
The refund of the amount will be done in a maximum of 20 days from the receipt in our depot.

TOT CAMPING CANET will return   the  money amount  by the value of the returned product if the customer has not been satisfied, after subtracting the costs of shipping and return. If the order is cancelled before being sent, the cost of the material will be refunded after deducting the expenses caused by such a return, such as possible packaging costs….

If a product is wrongly sent by us, the costs of picking-up and shipping will be covered by totcampingcanet. In thit case, please contact us by email or by phone (93 7956799/634 543 373) so that we can tell you how to return the package.The packaging conditions must be the same as those of the original shipment.
