However, during the periods of March, April, July and August, the answer time can be longer due to it being high season.
At the end of December and at the beginning of January, we close for holidays so are unable to respond.
If we have the products in stock, the delivery time of the products (once the payment is verified) is approximately 48/72 hours .We work with some transport companies such as Seur,Rhenus, Nacex ..., which offer a fast and effective service. If the merchandise is very urgent , specify this in your order, please.
If the product is out of stock, the delivery time can be 1-2 weeks. However, in some cases, this time may be longer. If the website indicates the product is in stock but it is very urgent , consult us before ordering it because sometimes there are differences between the real stock and the stock on our computer system.
For shipments outside the Iberian peninsula, the delivery times are longer.
HOW CAN I BUY AN ACCESSORY OR SPARE PART WHICH YOU DO NOT HAVE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
If you cannot find a product in our online store, we may have it in our shop or we can order it. Please contact us (by email, telephone, contact form or watsapp) and we will inform you. For spare parts, send us a photograph, the exact model, year and the chassis number of your vehicle. Our website has a special section to buy products which we do not have in the online store.
HOW TO MAKE AN ADVANCE PAYMENT
For ordering products which we do not have in stock and they have to be ordered specifically for a customer, it is necessary to pay an advance. Sometimes we also ask for an advance to reserve a product that we have in stock and then pick it up at our shop. Our online store has a section to make payments in advance.
WHICH IS THE BEST WAY TO BUY SPARE PARTS?
You can use the exploded diagrams of our website to find some spare parts. If you cannot find the spare parts required or you have any doubts, please, send us a whatsapp or email with the following information.
- a photograph of the spare part, measurements and for what you use it.
- a photograph of the technical documentation to know the model of the caravan / motorhome / trailer, year of manufacture and chassis number.
- Let us know if this spare part is to replace an original piece.
There are some models of vehicle which are no longer manufactured. In this case, you could try to adapt another similar spare part.If you have any doubts, contact us.
There are some original spare parts that can only be purchased through a dealer / seller of the brand. In such cases, you will need to go to your nearest dealer or where you bought your vehicle. Some times, you can find non-original spare parts, although they may not be exactly identical. You can ask us and we will inform you.
