HOW TO USE OUR ON-LINE STORE
 

We will give you some tips that will help you to buy our products through the website.
 

To find an article, you can use the search engine located in the upper right corner of the screen.
 

You can also search through the menu on the left or through the main menu called shop on-line. You can see different sections (awnings, camping material, water material ....) which are divided into subsections to help you to find the article more easily.

If you cannot find a product on-line, please contact us by using our contact form , email or phone. We can tell you if we have it in stock in our shop or if we can order it.

Once you find the item, you can go to the product tab to see its details. Sometimes, you can see additional files and videos.

Check that the item is supplied in packs of x units or in single units and enter the number of units or packages you require.

Check if this product is available. If you press the option to check the stock, you will find the contact form to ask about it.. There are products which have two prices ( one tagged and another highlighted). This means that the product is on sale.

IMPORTANT: Perhaps there are differences between the stock on the website and the shop stock, please contact us if your order is urgent..

Once the quantity has been entered, click on the shopping basket button to go to the shopping basket screen.
A screen will appear where you can continue shopping or you can see your basket.

If you go to the basket,next screen will show a product line for each item selected.

If you want to delete a product line, use the cross to the right of each line.
Once you have completed your shopping basket, select the destination in the drop-down menu which appears to the right. This menu gives you different options for example, adding an item to an order you have made or picking-up the product in our shop. After, you will be able to know the price of the shipment.
Then you select the method of payment (by transfer or credit card).

The gift voucher value is subtracted from the total price.

If you have completed everything and want to finalize your purchase, press the buy button. If you are not registered as a customer, you need to access a new screen, where you will have to register by completing a form with your details.. In case the shipping address is different from your address, enter the two addresses. If you are already registered as a client through the website, these details will be filled in and all you have to do is modidy them if it is necessary .

If you have never registered through the website but have come to our shop before , it is possible that you already have a customer card. In this case, let us know by email,phone or whatsapp before registering to avoid duplication of details.

Once registered, please indicate in the comments section any additional information about the order, such as the delivery time of the goods. Once the order is placed and if we have the material in stock, approximately 48/72 hours after the payment has been confirmed, you will receive your merchandise. If there are any problems with this request, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the merchandise is urgent , make sure that we have the product you are looking for in stock and indicate this in the comments section.

Once the material is prepared and about to leave our shop, we will send you the invoice along with the shipment details and tracking numnber by email. We always recommend that our customers use the tracking number to follow the delivery of the shipment.

It is very important to specify a delivery time as transport companies are unable to call customers before delivery. If delivery is going to be difficult for you, please give an alternative address where someone will be available to receive your order. Another option is to collect your order from the closest transport company depot.
