Bank transfer

Bank transfer means that, after entering your order, you choose the payment method: pay later. After placing the order you will receive order confirmation by e-mail. In this e-mail you will find the order information and our international bank account number (IBAN number).

Once the order is made and before making the payment, contact us so that we can tell you the delivery time of the products. Once the payment is made, please send us the bank receipt with your name, the order number and our name TOT CAMPING CANET by e-email or whatsapp.

Cancelling:
If you have made your bank transfer and wish to cancel your order , please contact us by phone as soon as possible. Indicate your bank account number, bic number and IBAN number, so we can refund the money.

Credit card:

You can pay via your MasterCard or VISA credit card. This is done through a secure server, which sends encrypted credit card information.

• Your credit card information is sent securely and is not stored.
• No Extra fee for credit card use.

Important:When you are in the bank payment section, try not to return to the previous screen to revise the purchase.Otherwise,when you proceed to making the payment, an error will occur when you want to make the payment.
